Charles B. Perini, MSA is the principal of the Perini Appraisal Company. He is a Massachusetts Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with over 12 years experience appraising all types of residential and commercial properties. Charles B. Perini, MSA is a senior designated member of the National Association of Master Appraisers and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Designated members must meet a high level of training and competence and subscribe to annual continuing education and a stringent Code of Ethics and Professional Standards. Charles B. Perini, MSA has also earned an MBA degree from New Hampshire College and a BA degree in Business from Saint Anselm College.
